- 1-3 weeks on handcrafted props.
- 1-3 business days on poly paper + canvas backdrops.
- 1-2 weeks on wrinkle-free fabric + floor mats.

It varies depending on the orders already placed and available inventory. If you need something in a pinch, feel free to inquire on current stock/availability!!
All props in the “Handcrafted Wooden Props” category are handcrafted by us. Due to the nature, they are considered “made to order” and all returns/refunds will only be issued as our discretion. Items may vary slightly from what is shown in the photos. We do not guarantee returns/refunds, however if an item is lost, damaged or broken, please contact us right away and we will be more than willing to make sure you end up happy! Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 weeks of received on date.
Each backdrop is thoroughly inspected by us before we ship it out, so there should never be any worries about misprints or damage! We use high quality matte poly paper (no glare!) and durable canvas, printed with the latest technology so that you can lightly spot treat without worrying about rubbing off the ink. Backdrops are made to be shot from a distance, not for up-close viewing.
If you have purchased an item and wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please note we charge a 10% fee minimum cancellation fee. This is also subject to our discretion on “made to order” items.
We do not reimburse shipping on return items.
DISCLAIMER: Items in our shop may pose a risk to newborns and children if left unattended. Our items are to be intended to use as a photography prop only. Please handle all babies with extra TLC and never leave them unattended when in/on a prop. Mr. & Mrs. And Co. cannot be held liable for failure to comply with this disclaimer.

Q: When will my order ship? Will I receive a tracking number?
All handcrafted props are “made to order” and the current processing time is listed above on this page. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking and it also put in any Paypal related transactions to view. Tracking is also updated and available to view through the Paypal purchase transaction. If you need your item fast, please message us BEFORE purchasing. Often times we have props in stock ready to ship, but we like to quote production at 1 to 3 weeks just in case the specific item you buy isn’t in stock as everything is hand crafted by yours truly!
Q: What is the difference between your backdrop materials?
Poly Paper is a synthetic material that is thicker/heavier than regular paper. It is matte (glare free!) and will not tear easily. Canvas is a durable material that is the same great quality used in canvas prints. It is heavier than poly paper and has a slight texture to it. It is also glare free, will not tear and can be spot treated with a damp cloth. Wrinkle-free Fabric is a soft, fabric backdrop that can be washed. It is a great option if you are an international customer because it can be shipped to you! They also store easily and are “wrinkle free” 🙂 Floor Mats are a thick, durable mat used for floor drops. They can be vacuumed and spot treated.
Q: Are your backdrops waterproof?
Our backdrops are durable, water resistant and easy to clean without having to worry about wiping off the ink. Keep in mind that the longevity of your backdrop will ultimately be up to how well you care for it!
